Your Responsibilities

• Support the rollout of Product Operations initiatives (e.g., planning, idea intake, governance)
• Translate working sessions (e.g., Miro boards) into presentations, documentation, and templates
• Create and maintain structured documentation (e.g., Confluence)
• Turn processes into step-by-step guidance
• Maintain consistency and accessibility of content
• Create presentations explaining Product Operations topics
• Support the coordination of initiatives and meetings
• Take ownership of smaller operational tasks
  
  

What You Bring

• Currently enrolled as a student (e.g., business, communication, media, economics)
• Strong communication skills (written and visual)
• Structured and detail-oriented
• Comfortable with PowerPoint and documentation tools
• Proactive and reliable
• Interest in internal communications
• Interest in digital products and technology
