Internship Processes & Sales Enablement (Global Business Operations)

About this Position Join a dynamic global business environment and work closely with the Manager of Processes & Sales Enablement to support strategic and operational initiatives across regions. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in business operations, sales enablement, and project management within an international organization.

What You´ll Do

• Support global sales enablement and business operations initiatives, ensuring smooth and scalable processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across sales, finance, marketing, and operations to drive project activities forward
• Structure, optimize, and document business processes to improve efficiency and transparency
• Assist in building and maintaining key management tools, trackers, and dashboards used across regions
• Prepare presentations, reports, and insights for leadership and global stakeholders
• Support the coordination and execution of internal meetings, workshops, and trainings Contribute to the onboarding of new teams and markets by creating clear documentation and training materials
• Take ownership of smaller projects and tasks in a fast-paced, international environment

What makes you a good fit

• Enrolled student currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Industrial Engineering or a related field
• First practical experience through internships, working student roles, or international exposure is a plus
• Fluent in English; German is a plus
• Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills; confident with MS Teams and SharePoint
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Structured, analytical, and detail-oriented working style Proactive, reliable, and eager to take ownership
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Curious mindset with interest in business operations, strategy, and sales enablement
• Availability for a full-time internship at our headquarters in Düsseldorf, starting February 2027 for a duration of 6 months, ideally

We offer you an attractive salary between €1.050-2.270 gross per month. The exact amount of the remuneration depends on the desired duration, the type of internship (voluntary or mandatory) and existing degrees.
