What You'll Do
As an independent and motivated Working Student, you will be part of the Business Services Team in our Global Services Munich Hub with around 200 employees. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in office operations and contribute to a high-performing, collaborative, and engaging work environment.
You can work up to 20 hours/week during your semesters and up to 40 hours/week during your vacation time. The role offers enough flexibility to combine personal, academic, and professional life. This is a temporary role from min. 12 to max. 24 moths. You need to be an enrolled university student in Germany.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
Office Operations and Coordination
- Support day-to-day office, meeting, and event management
- Coordinate facility and operations-related requests
- Act as a first point of contact for general office-related topics in close coordination with the team
Communication and Content
- Maintain the GSM Office Page and other internal communication platforms
- Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and internal communications
Onboarding and Team Support
- Assist in onboarding processes for new joiners
- Support the team in ongoing operational tasks
Community and Culture
- Support the organization of office events and engagement activities
- Help foster a positive and collaborative working environment
- Contribute to student community initiatives

What You'll Bring
- You are enrolled as a full-time student (Bachelor’s or Master’s) at a university in Munich, Germany
- You have ideally gained initial practical experience through internships or working student roles, preferably in an operations or service-oriented environment
- You are proficient in MS Office
- You have very good written and spoken German and English skills

Working hours: 15–20 hours per week
Duration: at least 18 months
