The Position

During your internship you will have the opportunity to get to know a lot about working with lean processes in our Global Occupational Safety department and more specifically on occupational safety services processes. You will gain an insight into the following topics and areas of activities

Your contribution and development will focus on the analysis and improvement of existing safety culture processes.

You are expected to:

  • Support the Occupational Safety / EHS team in day-to-day operational activities
  • Assist in the preparation, review, and maintenance of EHS documentation (e.g. risk assessments, safety procedures, and work instructions)
  • Support the collection, analysis, and reporting of safety-related data and KPIs


Support of Global Standardization Projects:

  • Assist in documentation activities and data structuring for occupational safety processes
  • Support the alignment of templates and reports with internal guidelines and global standards, such as Workplace Risk Assessments and Work Permits
  • Assist in the coordination and preparation of training sessions, safety campaigns, and EHS communication


Your Profile

  • Enrolled in a technical degree program (e.g., Engineering, Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, or related fields)
  • German is a must
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Structured and detail-oriented working style
  • Interested in occupational safety and process optimization


What we can offer you

  • As a student intern, you can expect a fair expense allowance (payment of the currently valid minimum wage)
  • You will be given 2.5 days of paid time off for every full month of the internship
  • A full-time internship is 37.5 hours a week (a smaller number of hours can be arranged)


The duration of the internship is 6 months. The earliest start date is currently June 1, 2026. Please enter the desired period in your application.

Wichtiges für Werkstudierende
