We are looking for a Working Student in Learning & Development (all genders) to join us in Cologne as soon as possible, working 15–20 hours per week. In this role, you will support our L&D colleagues and gain exciting insights into the internal processes of an IT management consultancy.

Shape the world of tomorrow

• Contribute to the development and implementation of new L&D initiatives with a focus on AI upskilling in an international context
• Support our team in organizing and coordinating international training sessions and workshops
• Manage training schedules and participant lists
• Handle inquiries and provide information on training programs for employees
• Support the L&D team with administrative tasks, documentation, and communication
• Assist in developing training materials and resources, particularly in the area of AI upskilling
• Support individual learning requests, including coordinating coaching sessions and other personalized development activities
  
  

You can help us make a difference

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Human Resources, (Business)Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
• Very good MS Office skills
• Professional, open, and friendly demeanor
• Strong communication skills in both German and English
• Detail-oriented and independent working style
• Team player with strong organizational skills
