Your new team:

Are you passionate about financial markets and looking to gain hands-on experience in a high-impact environment? As a Working Student (m/f/d) in our Capital Markets & Institutional Investors team, you will actively contribute to strategic financing projects and work closely with colleagues across Germany and Dublin. You will collaborate with internal departments and external partners such as investment banks and global asset managers, gaining valuable insights into capital markets while helping shape the financial backbone of one of Europe’s leading fintech companies.

What you can expect:

  • Gain hands-on experience: Support the execution of capital markets transactions and strategic financing projects alongside our experienced team.
  • Engage with top-tier partners: Assist in managing relationships with global investment banks, institutional investors, and other key stakeholders.
  • Drive impactful processes: Help prepare investor due diligence, coordinate audit requests, and organize high-level meetings and site visits.
  • Create actionable insights: Gather, analyze, and present data to support management decisions and strategic initiatives.
  • Collaborate across the business: Work with teams such as Finance, Data, and Legal to drive cross-functional success.
  • Take ownership from day one: Lead your own mini-projects and contribute ideas that help shape the future of auxmoney.
  • Enjoy flexibility: Work remotely from anywhere in Germany after onboarding, or join us in our modern Düsseldorf office.

Your profile

  • Academic background: You are currently enrolled in a degree program in Business, Finance, Economics, or a similar field.
  • First practical experience: You’ve gained initial insights through internships or academic projects in strategy, finance, or consulting.
  • Structured and analytical thinking: You enjoy working with numbers, spotting patterns, and thinking through processes.
  • Tech-savvy and skilled: You feel confident using Excel and PowerPoint and enjoy preparing data and presentations.
  • Self-starter attitude: You’re proactive, organized, and can manage tasks independently.
  • Strong communicator and team player: You collaborate well with others and can explain complex topics clearly.
  • Language skills: You speak English fluently. German is a plus, but not a must.

Internationale Studierende

Studierende von außerhalb der EU dürfen 140 volle oder 280 halbe Tage im Jahr arbeiten (seit März 2024, zuvor 120/240). Ein Werkstudentenvertrag passt meist in diesen Rahmen — prüfe die genauen Grenzen auf deinem Aufenthaltstitel.
