About us:
Ambuflow is a health-tech startup on a mission to modernize ambulatory surgery. Our SaaS solution, SMAMBU, serves as the central operating system for outpatient clinics, streamlining workflows and raising the bar for patient care.
Position Overview:
We are looking for a motivated working student (m/f/d) in Product Management to help us further develop our healthcare SaaS solution, SMAMBU, for ambulatory surgery centers, thereby making an important contribution to improving patient care.
Your Responsibilities:
- You are responsible for the quality of our software releases by systematically testing them throughout the release cycle and continuously maintaining our test book.
- When testing, you think "outside the box," question existing logic, and step into the shoes of our various user groups (e.g., medical staff, administration, etc.) to uncover optimization potential and business requirements.
- You write precise tickets for further development and create initial UI/UX mockups to visualize product improvements.
- You help maintain our product board and support sprint management, while writing clear release notes and coordinating communication regarding new updates with various internal and external stakeholders.
- You work closely with our development team as well as management to clarify questions and support the technical implementation.
Your Profile:
- You are actively enrolled at a university, ideally in a field of study such as Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Human Medicine, Health Sciences, Computer Science, Engineering, or a comparable discipline.
- You approach problems logically, can break down complex workflows and dependencies into comprehensible individual steps, and record them in a structured and precise manner in development tickets.
- You use AI tools naturally in your daily life and know exactly how to leverage this technology to complete tasks more efficiently and quickly familiarize yourself with complex topics.
- You communicate confidently and fluently in English; good German skills are not a must, but a definite plus.
- You enjoy working in a dynamic startup team where tasks and priorities can shift at short notice based on business requirements.
- You live in Munich or the surrounding area, as you will regularly be in the office for work and collaborative team days.
Your Benefits:
- Benefit from flexible working hours.
- Take on real responsibility and ownership for a variety of tasks.
- Gain valuable hands-on experience right in the heart of a dynamic startup environment and benefit from quick decision-making as well as direct mentorship from founders.
- Bring your own ideas to the table and actively shape our product and company.
- Receive an attractive and fair salary, as well as the option to work flexibly from home following coordination and a successful onboarding period.
Our culture:
At Ambuflow, we work ambitiously and with passion, but we never forget that work should also be fun. We rely on innovation, team spirit, and creativity to develop solutions that create real value for our customers.
