Job Description
- Processing various accounts payable transactions
- Reviewing and coding incoming invoices in SAP VIM
- Support with processing the invoice inboxes
- Processing and reconciling open items
- Close collaboration with internal departments to ensure a smooth invoice approval process
- Communication with suppliers and internal stakeholders via our email system Zendesk
- Supporting projects focused on process optimization within accounting
Qualifications
- Enrolled student or degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a comparable field
- Confident use of MS Office
- Independent, proactive working style and very good communication skills
- Good command of English
Nice To Have
- Initial experience in accounting
- Knowledge of SAP

Wichtiges für Werkstudierende
Was dieses Praktikum im Bereich Finance in Hamburg für dich bedeutet: die Vergütungsregeln, die Sozialabgaben und worauf internationale Studierende achten sollten.
Wochenstunden
Praktika haben keine 20-Stunden-Grenze, ein freiwilliges Praktikum über drei Monate muss aber in der Regel mindestens den Mindestlohn zahlen. Pflichtpraktika im Studium sind davon ausgenommen.
Werkstudenten-RegelnSozialabgaben
Pflichtpraktika sind weitgehend von Sozialabgaben befreit. Freiwillige Praktika gelten ab einer gewissen Dauer als reguläre Beschäftigung, dann fallen meist Beiträge an.
Versicherung prüfenInternationale Studierende
Studierende von außerhalb der EU dürfen 140 volle oder 280 halbe Tage im Jahr arbeiten (seit März 2024, zuvor 120/240). Ein Werkstudentenvertrag passt meist in diesen Rahmen — prüfe die genauen Grenzen auf deinem Aufenthaltstitel.
