YOUR FUTURE, ON DEMAND
The ideal blend of stability and flexibility. A genuinely human employer that cares for people and the planet. True autonomy to shape what comes next, for us and you. This is the perfect platform to take your career where you want.
Back in 2005, we pioneered Europe’s first TV streaming service. Today, we’re the world’s first certified climate neutral TV streaming provider. Several million users across three countries. Over 230 colleagues of 47 nationalities. We’re the grown-up start-up, helping to shape a better future since day one. That hasn’t changed, even if the world has. We’re friendly, international, inclusive – and our people say we’re reliable and transparent, too. It’s why they trust us and believe in what we do.
THE ROLE
Join our B2B Marketing team and help bring account-based marketing campaigns, live and online events to life for one of Europe's pioneering streaming companies. You'll work hands-on across digital campaigns, event operations, and social media — learning enterprise B2B marketing from the inside while making a real impact from a small, autonomous team.
THE B2B MARKETING TEAM
We're a three-person direct and five- to seven-person extended projects team responsible for Zattoo's entire B2B go-to-market — from account-based and product marketing campaigns targeting TV operators and telcos worldwide to online and live industry events like IBC Amsterdam. We work with agencies, sales, and our portfolio and product team telling Zattoo's story to Streaming / TV as-a-Service and modular enterprise buyers. You'll be the fourth of us, working directly with our Senior ABM Manager Marie-Anne and Events Manager Lisa-Marie on the things that actually ship and ever-more-often also our Director of B2B Marketing Hanns on our strategic market and PR narrative.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Set up, test, and launch digital campaigns — emails, landing pages, forms, and workflows in HubSpot and social platforms
- Coordinate assets and feedback loops with external agencies and online / live event organisers
- Keep our data clean: upload and maintain contact lists, campaign associations, and tracking in HubSpot
- Support event operations end-to-end — from registration setup and promotion to on-site support and post-event follow-up
- Build, schedule and publish organic and paid social content (primarily LinkedIn, using e.g. Canva and various enterprise-grade GenAIs based on agency-created assets)
- Track budgets and invoices against campaign and event plans
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Marketing, Business, Communications, or similar
- Comfortable working with digital tools — you'll pick up HubSpot, but some experience with marketing automation, CMS, or email platforms helps
- The ability to think and project across functional boundaries: connecting marketing mechanics to business context, team dynamics, and systems
- Solid with spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets) for tracking and reporting
- Organised and reliable — you can manage parallel tasks without things slipping
- Self-directed enough to work in a small team with real autonomy
- Fluent in English (our working language)
Bonus:
- Familiarity with LinkedIn marketing or basic paid social
- Interest in B2B, enterprise tech, or the media/streaming industry
- German language skills
- Willingness to occasionally travel for events (e.g. IBC Amsterdam)
