Job Overview

This internship role focuses on end-to-end delivery and order operation and E2E logistics management support for Xiaomi Germany’s retail and business channels. The intern will assist the local delivery team with daily order fulfillment, customer & partner communication, business data collection and sorting, and overall order execution support and logistics management. You will participate in the daily operational cycle to ensure smooth, efficient and accurate product delivery and order execution, and support the steady growth of local German market business.


Key Responsibilities

  • Delivery & Order Operation Management: Assist in the full-process order fulfillment work, including order checking, data verification, progress tracking and delivery status update, logistics fulfilment operation and logistics partners management. Cooperate with internal teams and logistics providers to solve abnormal order issues, ensure on-time delivery and compliance with local operational standards.
  • Business Information Collection & Sorting: Responsible for daily collection, collation and filing of German market operational data, including order data, delivery records, partner feedback and market basic information. Sort out regular operational reports, summarize daily operational problems and optimize trivial operational processes.
  • Customer & Partner Communication & Docking: Act as the daily communication liaison for local clients, retail partners and channel merchants. Respond to routine inquiries about orders, delivery cycles and product logistics status, synchronize operational progress timely, maintain good cooperative relationships, and improve local customer service experience.
  • Order Fulfillment Execution: Support end-to-end order performance and daily fulfillment operations. Track order status throughout the entire lifecycle, follow up on pending and delayed orders, coordinate with relevant teams to facilitate successful order completion, and ensure stable and efficient order delivery performance.
  • Daily Operational Support: Assist the team in daily administrative and operational auxiliary work, including document sorting, process coordination, cross-departmental information synchronization, and other temporary tasks assigned by the supervisor.


Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a university bachelor or master program, major in Supply Chain, Logistics Management, Business Administration, International Trade or related fields is preferred.
  • Native or fluent Mandarin speaker (MANDARIN IS MANDATORY), fluent in written and spoken English for daily business communication; basic German language skill is a strong plus.
  • Familiar with Office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), capable of basic data sorting, statistics and report production.
  • Precise, careful and logical in work, with strong executive ability and multi-task management capability to adapt to fast-paced operational work.
  • Good communication, coordination and cross-team collaboration skills, patient in external docking and customer communication.
  • Have legal internship work eligibility in Germany, able to work full-time for 3–6 months, immediate availability is prioritized.
  • Familiar with electronic commerce, retail delivery and supply chain operation is a plus; experience in relevant internship is highly preferred. Intern (Xiaomi Germany)
