Your activities
- Unterstützung des Projektmanagements bei der Planung, Organisation und Umsetzung nationaler und internationaler Messen sowie weiterer Live- und Digital-Events
- Mitarbeit bei der Konzeption von Eventideen, Programmpunkten und kreativen Formaten
- Vorbereitung, Koordination und Dokumentation von Messe- und Eventmaterialien sowie Pflege der zugehörigen Datenbanken, Projektunterlagen und digitalen Eventplattformen
- Mitwirkung bei der Abstimmung mit internen Stakeholdern wie Marketing, Vertrieb, Produktmanagement und externen Dienstleistern
- Beobachtung aktueller Trends in der Messe- und Eventbranche sowie Kennenlernen neuer Tools und digitaler Lösungen
Your profile
- Studium der Medien-, Wirtschafts-, Kommunikationswissenschaften, Eventmanagement, Marketing oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs
- Begeisterung für Live-Kommunikation, Events und Messeauftritte
- Präzise, eigenverantwortliche und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Kommunikationsstärke und Freude an Teamarbeit
- Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Praktikumsdauer von mindestens drei Monaten mit anschließender Möglichkeit zur Weiterbeschäftigung als Werkstudent (m/w/d)
