Task Description

  • Support international Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and Project Management teams in day-to-day business operations.
  • Prepare quotations, pricing calculations, price lists, and commercial analyses to support strategic decision-making.
  • Assist in the development, launch, and lifecycle management of new and existing products.
  • Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and customer analyses to identify trends and business opportunities.
  • Help optimize business processes, implement AI & digital tools, and workflows through continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Product Management on product positioning, portfolio management, and go-to-market activities.
  • Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, trade fairs, product launches, and promotional activities.
  • Coordinate cross-functional projects, monitor milestones, and ensure timely execution with international teams.
  • Create sales reports, dashboards, presentations, and business insights using data-driven analysis.
  • Work closely with Sales, Engineering, Purchasing, Operations, and Quality to support innovative product solutions.
  • Support CRM management, sales forecasting, profitability analyses, and strategic pricing activities.
  • Take ownership of independent projects and present recommendations and results to management while gaining hands-on experience across multiple business functions in an international environment.


Qualifications

  • Foundational knowledge or strong interest in sales and customer relationship management, including support for account managers and preparation of sales materials.
  • Skills or interest in marketing and digital communication, such as content creation, social media or online campaigns, and product-related messaging.
  • Analytical abilities for product and market research, data evaluation, and supporting product positioning and lifecycle management.
  • Organizational and project management skills, including planning, prioritizing tasks, tracking milestones, and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; German language skills are an advantage.
  • Enrollment in or recent completion of a relevant study program (e.g., Business, Marketing, Engineering, Industrial Management) or equivalent practical experience.
  • Comfort with MS Office and common digital collaboration tools; experience with CRM or ERP systems is beneficial.
  • Proactive, structured working style, ability to learn quickly, and interest in technology and industrial products.
