Your responsibilities would include…
- Community & Social Media Management: Actively managing and operating our communities on social media platforms, with a strong focus on Reddit and Facebook.
- Proactive Communication: Driving professional, engaging, and proactive communication within our communities, representing our brand voice accurately.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partnering closely with our medical working student, who will support you by verifying and fact-checking complex medical topics before they are communicated to the community.
- SEO Optimization: Conducting keyword research and applying insights to optimize content targeting, improving rankings, and expanding overall reach.
- Technical SEO & Content: Supporting the creation and implementation of SEO basics (structured data, metadata, snippets) and creating SEO-focused content briefings.
- CMS Maintenance: Maintaining and updating content within our content management system (e.g., Webflow).
- Project & Content Strategy: Assisting with planning guidelines, supporting ticketing processes, and contributing to broader content strategies (e.g., TikTok or other social channels).
