- Supporting the day-to-day management of our social media communities across multiple brands and channels, including responding to comments, answering customer inquiries, and escalating requests to the appropriate teams
- Assisting with community management activities for our German brands and helping to maintain a positive and engaging customer experience across social media platforms
- Supporting influencer marketing initiatives through creator research, outreach activities, influencer database maintenance, and communication coordination throughout collaborations
- Coordinating and managing ongoing testimonial and creator partnerships, including content planning, scheduling, stakeholder communication, and collaboration with agencies
- Assisting in the planning, organization, and execution of social media content, including post scheduling, caption creation, hashtag research, and creative briefing support
- Contributing creative ideas for social media content while ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives
- Supporting content management and SEO activities by uploading, maintaining, and optimizing content within CMS environments
- Assisting with article publication and content updates across websites and landing pages
- Monitoring competitors, industry trends, and social media best practices to identify insights and opportunities
- Supporting the marketing team with administrative tasks, reporting, documentation, and cross-functional projects
- If you are currently enrolled in a degree program, preferably in business, marketing, communications, or a related field
- If you have a strong passion for online marketing, social media, and digital trends, ideally with some initial practical experience in digital marketing or related tools
- If you possess basic video editing skills (a plus, but not required)
- If you have already gained experience working with content management systems such as WordPress or Typo3
- If you are highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize tasks effectively
- If you are a collaborative team player with excellent communication skills
- If you are fluent in German and have a good command of English
