Für unsere Zentrale in Hamburg suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt Dich als Werkstudent Sales Transformation (Mensch) mit 15-20 Stunden pro Woche.
Das Themengebiet kann bei Interesse auch im Rahmen einer Master- oder Bachelorarbeit vertieft werden.
Welche Aufgaben übernimmst Du?
Sales Transformation & Projekte
- Organisatorische Mitarbeit und Unterstützung bei strategischen Salesprojekten
- Strukturierung von Inhalten, Prozessen und Informationen für den Vertrieb
- Einblicke in die Arbeit mit CRM Systemen
- KI Recherche und Integration
- Aufbereitung und Dokumentation von Ergebnissen aus Workshops und Abstimmungen
- Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Trainingsunterlagen, Leitfäden und Playbooks
- Pflege und Weiterentwicklung bestehender Sales-Dokumente
- Vorbereitung von Kommunikations- und Enablement-Materialien für den Rollout
- Unterstützung bei der Strukturierung von Account- und Kundeninformationen
- Analyse und Aufbereitung vertriebsrelevanter Daten (qualitativ & quantitativ)
- Eingeschriebene:r Student:in (z. B. BWL, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Data, Kommunikation o. ä.)
- Sehr gute PowerPoint-Skills
- Analytische Denkweise und hohe Sorgfalt
- Interesse an den Bereichen Sales, Business Transformation, Prozessen und Commercial Excellence
- Sehr gute Englisch Kenntnisse
- Eigeninitiative, Verlässlichkeit und Lust, Dinge wirklich voranzubringen
- Hohe Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
