We are looking for current students to join Uber as an Account Management Intern for 6 months starting on October 6th 2025
As an Account Management intern, you will be part of a team dedicated to fostering strong partnerships. This internship offers a unique opportunity to develop your skills in relationship building, gaining in-depth insights into our partners' needs, and learning strategies to help them grow their businesses.
In this client-facing position, you will collaborate effectively with partners to optimize restaurant operations and strengthen our relationships through excellent communication and collaboration. Your primary focus will be driving mutually beneficial revenue growth, allowing you to contribute directly to our team's success and make a meaningful impact on the businesses of many of our partners, making Uber Eats the delivery platform of choice for our partners and users.
What You'll Do
- Create long-term relationships with our key accounts, ultimately maximizing their financials, marketing efforts, engagement and satisfaction.
- Analyze our partners' performance and identify opportunities for additional revenue potential
- Identify key risks to our partnerships, and work quickly and diligently to ensure we are delivering the best possible experience for our partners and to ensure 100% account retention
- Collect and synthesize restaurant partner feedback into insights that can inform and drive the product and business roadmap.
- Build meaningful, lasting relationships to make Uber Eats the delivery platform of choice for our restaurant partners
- Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program for the full duration of the internship
- Available to start on October 6th, 2025 till April 5th 2026 and work full-time for 6 months
- Work authorization in Germany - No visa sponsorship is available for internships
- Written and spoken fluency in German required
- Expected Graduation Timeline: Summer 2026
- Able to join in full time employement (if opportunity arises) shortly after the internship finishes.
- Experience in sales through case competitions, class projects, student organizations, internships or work experience
- Proficiency in Google Suite
- Knowledge of Salesforce

Weekly hours
Internships have no 20-hour cap, but a voluntary internship longer than three months generally has to pay at least the German minimum wage. Mandatory internships in your study programme are exempt.
