Ihre Aufgaben:
- Kommunikation und Abstimmung mit internationalen Lieferanten
- Nachverfolgung von Bestellungen sowie Sicherstellung der Lieferbereitschaft gegenüber unseren Kunden
- Klärung von Mengen- und Preisdifferenzen sowie Pflege von Preisübersichten
- Einholung und Auswertung von Angeboten
- Pflege von Stamm- und Lieferantendaten (z. B. Artikel- und Lieferantenstamm)
- Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre (Uni/FH) mit Schwerpunkt Einkauf, Materialwirtschaft oder vergleichbare Studienrichtung
- Erste praktische Erfahrungen, idealerweise im kaufmännischen Umfeld
- Strukturierte, sorgfältige und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
- Ausgeprägte Service- und Lösungsorientierung sowie Teamfähigkeit
- Hohes Engagement und Flexibilität
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel; SAP-Kenntnisse von Vorteil
- Gute Englischkenntnisse
- Verfügbarkeit: Nach Absprache bis zu 20 h/Woche
- Eigenverantwortliche Position in einem weltweit operierenden Familienunternehmen
