WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
As Influencer & Affiliate Marketing Intern, you will be an integral part of Trade Republic, collaborating closely with many other departments, such as brand, community, creative, product, and senior leadership, to continuously develop, operationalize and scale our Paid Growth campaigns, with a particular focus on Influencer and Affiliate Marketing. Your responsibilities will include:
- Support the execution of large-scale growth campaigns across multiple markets and channels, ensuring alignment with the company's overall growth and marketing objectives
- Assist in campaign operations, including briefs, asset coordination, performance analysis and deliverables, to maintain consistency and quality across all initiatives
- Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders to coordinate campaign activities, ensuring timely and effective execution in line with growth strategy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Creative, Paid Social, Brand) to refine campaign messaging, positioning, and formats that maximize engagement and ROI
- Currently pursuing or already completed a bachelor's or master's degree at a top-tier university with excellent grades
- 1st experience in marketing; ideally in tech or high growth environments. First experience in consulting or finance roles is also welcome
- Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and the ability to translate complex business objectives into growth strategies
- Experience working with multiple markets and ability to deploy a centralized approach while considering different geographical needs
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in English and German (C1), other European languages beneficial
