【 About The Role 】
Are you passionate about e-commerce and want to dive into the dynamic world of digital marketing across multiple European markets? We are seeking a motivated working student to join our Furbo team and support our broader digital marketing operations. This role will allow you to work alongside the EU Digital Marketing Director, covering not just the German market but also other key European countries. It’s an exciting opportunity to learn about end-to-end e-commerce marketing—from content creation and campaign execution to performance analysis—gaining insight into diverse markets and their unique challenges.

【 Your Res-paw-nsibilities 】
- Campaign Support: Assist with the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (Social Media, Search, and E-commerce marketplaces).
- Content & Creative: Support the creation of engaging marketing materials, including copywriting and ad content tailored for the European market (UK, Germany, France).
- Performance Tracking: Help monitor campaign performance data, assist in preparing reports, and provide insights to improve conversion rates and ROI.
- Market Research: Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify new growth opportunities and trends in the Pet-Tech space.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams to implement marketing strategies and communicate effectively with external partners (e.g., content creators, influencers, or agencies).
- Operational Agility: Support daily marketing tasks, ensuring brand consistency and helping to troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- You are currently enrolled at a university in Munich or nearby, majoring in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field.
- You enjoy working with data and have a basic understanding of how to measure marketing success (e.g., clicks, conversions, reach).
- You are business fluent in English. Fluency in German is a big plus. You can craft clear, compelling copy for different audiences.
- You stay up-to-date with current digital marketing trends and platforms (Meta, TikTok, Instagram, etc.).
- You are comfortable managing multiple tasks, meeting deadlines, and reaching out to the right contacts to resolve issues independently.
- You can commit to 20 hours per week and commute to our Munich office 1-2 times per week.
- You have an enormous passion for furbabies! (If you have your own, that’s a plus).
