What We Expect

As a Working Student in Internal Audit (d/f/m), you will support our team in advancing the use of data analytics, AI and automation in our daily audit activities.

  • You support data analytics activities using KNIME, Excel and other analytical tools.
  • You analyse large datasets, identify patterns, anomalies and potential risks, and help translate data into meaningful audit insights.
  • You contribute to AI-related initiatives and support the development and testing of practical AI use cases for audit, governance and risk topics.
  • You assist in the development and maintenance of automated workflows, reporting solutions and dashboards within our Audit Management System.
  • You take ownership of defined work packages and contribute ideas for improving audit processes and methodologies.

Who we are looking for

  • You are enrolled in a Master's program (or an advanced Bachelor's) in a quantitative or technical field — e.g. Business Informatics, Data Science, Analytics, Engineering, or a business degree with a strong data focus.
  • You have strong analytical skills and enjoy working with data.
  • You are confident using Excel and are comfortable handling large datasets.
  • You have initial experience with data analytics tools such as KNIME, Python, SQL, Power BI or similar solutions.
  • You have a strong interest in artificial intelligence, automation and data-driven decision-making.
  • You work in a structured and independent manner and enjoy taking ownership of your tasks.
