Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented People Experience Intern/HR Administration Intern to join our HR team in Eschborn (Germany). This internship is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR and learn about employee engagement, HR administration, and internal communication in a dynamic and international environment.

Job Responsibilities

  • Support various HR activities such as onboarding, offboarding, and general HR administration, ensuring a smooth experience for employees
  • Assist in maintaining HR systems and data accuracy, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. 
  • Help improve internal HR communication by maintaining self-service tools, updating HR platforms, and sharing relevant information with employees. 
  • Organize preventive examinations for associates and support in the creation of HR letters and certificates.
  • Assist in HR documentation and compliance efforts, ensuring policies and procedures are properly recorded and accessible. 
  • Collaborate with the HR team to enhance overall employee experience and provide assistance on ad hoc HR projects.
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with fluency in German and English (additional European languages are a plus).
  • Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A valuable learning experience in a local (Eschborn and Leverkusen) and international HR environment.

  • A 4-month internship with a possible start date between September 2026 and March 2027.
