The Role
Assist our marketing and communications manager in the development and project management of ongoing projects within TERMINO’s online magazine, socials, press, events and activations. You will be participating in meetings, managing schedules, and tracking internal data, as well as giving independent input.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Marketing & Communications Manager in the day-to-day development and project management of ongoing brand initiatives
- Assist in the planning, setting-up, and execution of content across TERMINO's online magazine, social media channels, and press activities
- Help coordinate events and brand activations from planning through to delivery
- Manage schedules, timelines, and internal deadlines across active projects
- Track and maintain data, project statuses, and campaign performance
- Participate actively in team meetings and contribute independent ideas
Who We Are Looking For:
- Languages Native or C1+ English and German
- Enrollment Currently enrolled in a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Design, Art History, Journalism or a related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both German and English
- Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Proactive you bring ideas to the table and follow through independently
- Genuine interest in design, interiors, architecture, or lifestyle brands
- Comfortable working across digital tools (project management, spreadsheets, social platforms)
Tools & Tech Stack
- Notion project management and internal documentation
- Google Workspace Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar for day-to-day coordination
- Instagram & LinkedIn platform-native scheduling, analytics, and content management
- Mailchimp or similar email marketing and newsletter basics
- Google Analytics / Meta Business Suite performance tracking and reporting
