Working Student - KPI Dashboards & Data Analytics (m/f/d)
About The Role
Are you passionate about data, analytics and automation? Join our team and gain hands-on experience building reporting solutions, connecting data from various business systems and creating insights that drive better decisions across the organization.
Your Responsibilities
- Maintain, validate and continuously improve Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions.
- Analyse data, KPI definitions and reporting logic to identify inconsistencies and improvement opportunities.
- Support the integration and automation of data flows from sources such as ERP systems, SAP, SharePoint and Excel.
- Help structure and improve data models, master data and reporting processes.
- Gather requirements and coordinate open topics with stakeholders across different business functions.
- Translate complex data and KPIs into clear, management-ready insights and visualizations.
- Support project planning, documentation and implementation of reporting and analytics improvements.
Your Profile
- Currently enrolled in Business Informatics, Data Science, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Finance or a comparable field.
- Hands-on experience with Power BI (dashboard development, data modelling, Power Query and/or DAX).
- Strong analytical skills and confidence working with data, business KPIs and reporting requirements.
- Good knowledge of Excel; experience with SAP, ERP systems, SharePoint, SQL or similar data sources is an advantage.
- Interest in data architecture, reporting automation and business processes.
- Structured and reliable working style with good communication skills.
- Good written and spoken English; German is an advantage.
