Every investment, expansion and company survival hinges on knowing the numbers. Every company does accounting.

AI will be the biggest revolution to accounting since the invention of double-entry bookkeeping in 1494. When we moved from paper to computers at the end of the 20th century, the medium changed, but the work stayed the same. Accounting remained tedious, time-consuming, and always behind.

For the first time, AI has made automating accounting a tractable problem. As the cost of intelligence trends towards zero, we will be able to handle accounting's unstructured data and complex language-based rules almost fully autonomously.

Our mission is to help company owners make better financial decisions, and to empower accountants to focus on their advisory role. We are doing this by building the AI financial operating system that does the work for you.

TRACTION

Backed by Y Combinator and raised a $4.8m Seed round from LocalGlobe. Growing 40% MoM and scaling to several million ARR in < 6 months.

ROLE

Support our GTM team across the board: sales, marketing, customer onboarding, hiring, and internal operations. Find prospects. Run campaigns. Help customers get started. Find great candidates. Fix how we work.

You’ll get real responsibility from day one. We look for:

• An obsessive quality bar. You think clearly, work with structure, and catch the details. Sloppy work doesn’t leave your desk.

Currently enrolled at university. Berlin, on-site. German required.

Tier 1 expectations, tier 1 comp: €1.5k - 2k per month (20h). Less hours possible.
