- Hervorragende Leistungen im Studium – idealerweise in Wirtschaftswissenschaften, -ingenieurswesen oder -psychologie oder alternativ einem MINT-Studiengang sowie Data Science
- Eigenverantwortung, Lösungsorientierung und Analytische Fähigkeiten sowie eine proaktive und offene Kommunikation
- Ausgezeichnete Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie gute Kenntnisse in den gängigen Office-Anwendungen, insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint
- Interesse und intrinsische Motivation an ersten praktischen Erfahrungen in einem dynamischen Umfeld
