📍Cottbus |20 Std./Woche | ab sofort oder nach Absprache
Wir sind STUDIOTEK – ein modernes Architekturbüro, in dem kreative Ideen auf klare Prozesse und hohe Ausführungsqualität treffen. Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir einen Werkstudentin (m/w/d), der/die Lust hat, über alle Leistungsphasen (LPH 1–8) mitzuarbeiten – mit Schwerpunkt in LPH 5–8.
Deine Aufgaben (LPH 1–8 – je nach Projektstand)
- Mitentwicklung und Erprobung neuer KI- und BIM-gestützter Abläufe für Planung und Ausschreibung
- Mitarbeit an Konzept, Entwurf & Genehmigungsplanung
- Unterstützung in der Ausführungs- und Detailplanung
- Mitwirkung bei Ausschreibung & Vergabe ( z. B. LV, Massenermittlung, Angebotsauswertung)
- Unterstützung der Bauleitung / Objektüberwachung ( z. B. Dokumentation, Protokolle, Nachverfolgung)
- Allgemeine Projektorganisation, Planmanagement und Abstimmungen mit Fachplanern
Dein Profil
- Studium Architektur
- Kenntnisse in Revit sowie MS Office
- Interesse an KI-gestützten Arbeitsweisen. Erste Erfahrungen mit Claude oder Codex sind ein Plus
- Sorgfältige, zuverlässige Arbeitsweise und Interesse an praxisnaher Projektarbeit
- Erfahrung in LPH 5–8 ist ein Plus, aber kein Muss (wir arbeiten dich strukturiert ein)
