- Unterstützung bei der erfolgreichen kaufmännischen Abwicklung unserer Projekte
- Prüfung und Verbuchung der Rechnungen von Lieferanten und Nachunternehmern
- Digitale Stundenerfassung für das gewerbliche Baustellenpersonal
- Regelmäßige Überprüfung von Urlaubs- und Krankenständen
- Immatrikulation in Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang
- Vorzugsweise erste Kenntnisse im Rechnungswesen
- Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office 365 - insbesondere MS Excel
- Sorgfältige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Gutes Zahlenverständnis und hohe Zuverlässigkeit
- Teamfähigkeit und Lernbereitschaft
