- Du unterstützt uns bei der Entwicklung & Weiterentwicklung von Trainings und digitalen Lernmedien wie E‑Learnings oder (SharePoint‑) Hilfeseiten
- Gemeinsam mit fachlichen Expert:innen bereitest du Inhalte verständlich, nutzerorientiert und visuell ansprechend auf
- Du wirkst bei der Erstellung von Kommunikations‑ und Präsentationsmaterialien für verschiedene interne Zielgruppen mit und unterstützt digitale Wissens‑ und Kommunikationsprojekte von der Idee bis zur Umsetzung
- Du hilfst bei der Planung, Organisation und Kommunikation von Online‑Austausch‑ und Lernformaten (z. B. Q&A‑Sessions oder Deep Dives) und kannst auch erste Moderationsaufgaben übernehmen
- Du unterstützt bei der Vor‑ und Nachbereitung von Terminen, sammelst Feedback zu Trainings‑ und Austauschformaten und hilfst uns dabei, diese kontinuierlich weiterzuentwickeln
- Du bist immatrikuliert (z. B. Pädagogik, Psychologie, Kommunikations‑, Medien‑ oder Sozialwissenschaften)
- Interesse an digitalen Lernformaten, Wissenstransfer und interner Kommunikation
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (insb. PowerPoint, Word, Forms)
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Strukturierte, selbstständige Arbeitsweise und Freude an Teamarbeit
- Erste Erfahrungen in einem der folgenden Bereiche sind von Vorteil: MS SharePoint, Articulate 360, DaVinci Resolve
