Unterstützen der IT Business Partner bei der Betreuung globaler Fachbereiche
Business-Demands aufnehmen, strukturieren, vorqualifizieren und priorisieren.
Erstellen von Statusübersichten, Entscheidungsvorlagen und KPI-/Reporting-Inhalten
Prozess- und Integrationsbedarfe entlang globaler End-to-End-Prozesse analysieren
Vorbereiten und Nachhalten von Workshops, Abstimmungen und ONE-STIHL-/ServiceNow-Themen
