Your Role

This is a part-time role supporting our sales team. You will take ownership of the data and material groundwork that makes client work run smoothly: keeping our CRM accurate, building and qualifying target lists, and preparing client-facing materials.

We are a tech-enabled firm and we expect you to work that way. Using AI tools to speed up repetitive work is part of how the role is done.

This is not an internship. It takes a few months to learn how we work, so we are looking for someone who wants to stay in the role and grow with it, not for short-term cover.

Your Responsibilities

• Prepare and update client-facing materials and presentations
• Support the sales team with analysis and document work
• Support prospecting by building, researching, and qualifying target lists
• Maintain and improve CRM data quality, including deduplication, enrichment, and consistent record keeping
• Take on ad hoc requests across the team as they come up

Requirements

• Currently in a Master's program at a leading university in Switzerland or Germany
• Prior internship experience at a financial services or fintech firm
• Available 40-50% alongside your studies, based in or near Zurich or Frankfurt
• Ready to commit for at least six months, ideally twelve
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with a CRM is an advantage
• Fluent with AI tools and quick to figure out where they save time
• Precise and structured. You care whether a record is correct, not just filled in
• Comfortable working independently and asking when something is unclear
• Fluent in English; German is a plus
• Right to work in the chosen base location (Switzerland, Germany) at time of application; the firm is unable to provide visa sponsorship
