eCommerce Working Student – Digital Shelf & Content
Location: Neuss, North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany
Employment Type: Working Student | 19 hours/week | Minimum 1 year
Overview
Working Student role supporting eCommerce and Digital Shelf activities, including product content optimisation, digital asset management, performance analysis and online content quality across eCommerce partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and optimise product detail pages, brand stores and digital content across eCommerce platforms.
- Review product information and digital assets for accuracy, completeness and quality.
- Support content updates, product launches, content audits, translations and approvals.
- Prepare briefs for internal teams, retail partners and agencies.
- Analyse eCommerce and Digital Shelf KPIs and prepare clear performance reports.
- Monitor competitors, online retailers and digital trends to identify optimisation opportunities.
- Support day-to-day eCommerce activities and take ownership of smaller projects and work packages.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled at a university, ideally studying Business, Marketing or a related discipline.
- Initial experience in FMCG/consumer goods and a strong interest in digital channels advantageous.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Structured, detail-oriented and independent working style.
- Strong communication and proactive stakeholder approach.
- Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluent German and English.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and take ownership of smaller projects.
