Zur Unterstützung unseres Teams suchen wir einen zuverlässigen

Praktikanten (m/w/d) im Office Management

der unser Office für zunächst 4-6 Monate im Tagesgeschäft unterstützt und erste praktische Erfahrungen im administrativen Bereich sammeln möchte.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Unterstützung im Office-Alltag, z. B. Bearbeitung der Post und Vorbereitung von Meetings inklusive Catering
  • Empfang und Betreuung von Besuchern als erste Anlaufstelle vor Ort
  • Allgemeine administrative Tätigkeiten wie Dateneingabe, Digitalisierung, Ablage und Dokumentenmanagement
  • Unterstützung des Teams bei operativen Aufgaben, z. B. Reiseplanung oder Eventorganisation

Requirements

Das bringst du mit:

  • Eingeschriebener Student (m/w/d)
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Zuverlässige, strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit sowie gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
  • Sehr gute organisatorische Fähigkeiten
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
