Praktikanten (m/w/d) im Office Management
der unser Office für zunächst 4-6 Monate im Tagesgeschäft unterstützt und erste praktische Erfahrungen im administrativen Bereich sammeln möchte.
Deine Aufgaben:
- Unterstützung im Office-Alltag, z. B. Bearbeitung der Post und Vorbereitung von Meetings inklusive Catering
- Empfang und Betreuung von Besuchern als erste Anlaufstelle vor Ort
- Allgemeine administrative Tätigkeiten wie Dateneingabe, Digitalisierung, Ablage und Dokumentenmanagement
- Unterstützung des Teams bei operativen Aufgaben, z. B. Reiseplanung oder Eventorganisation
Das bringst du mit:
- Eingeschriebener Student (m/w/d)
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Zuverlässige, strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
- Teamfähigkeit sowie gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Sehr gute organisatorische Fähigkeiten
- Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
