Are you passionate about internal communications and excited to bring stories, people, and ideas together across Siemens? Join us in Nürnberg, Erlangen or Fürth as a Working Student (f/m/d) Global Internal Communications and help shape the voice of Siemens by supporting our Global Engagement Survey, Factory Communications, leadership communications, and other internal communication initiatives with creative content and impactful campaigns.

You'll make an impact by
- You support the communication activities around the Siemens Global Engagement Survey (SGES), particularly by helping to create engaging and target-group-oriented content in both German and English
- You support and help grow the global Factory Communications network by connecting communicators across regions and sites, fostering knowledge sharing, enabling best practice exchange, and maintaining an engaged community that strengthens communication with factory and shopfloor audiences worldwide.
- Building on this, you assist in the coordination and planning of internal communication measures, ensuring that all stakeholders are kept informed and involved
- In addition, you contribute to the preparation and follow-up of communication campaigns by maintaining timelines, tracking feedback, and supporting process documentation
- Finally, you collaborate closely with different teams to ensure consistency and quality in all internal communication materials

- Education: You are currently enrolled in a relevant field of study such as Communication, Media Studies, Public Relations, or Business Administration
- Experience and Skills:
- You have a keen interest in internal communications and content creation
- You possess strong communication skills and pay attention to detail
- You are experienced in coordinating tasks and planning communication activities
- Ways of Working: You work independently, are proactive, and demonstrate a collaborative mindset
- Languages: You have fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken
