You'll make an impact by

• You support the consolidation and cleaning of data from project monitoring, quality management, and task tracking tools, ensuring that datasets are well-structured for further analysis
• Building on this, you help create dashboards and recurring reports to support the tracking of project status and key milestones
• Additionally, you assist in reviewing project data and support the identification of trends, inconsistencies, and quality-related observations
• To complement this, you help design and automate KPIs that monitor project execution quality across the team
• Finally, you support project managers in gathering reporting requirements and documenting workflows

This Is How You'll Win Us Over

• Education: You are currently enrolled in a university program, ideally in computer science, cybersecurity, information technology, data science, or a related field
• Experience and Skills:
• Experience in consolidating and cleaning data from various sources, preferably using project monitoring or quality management tools
• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization, including creating dashboards and recurring reports
• Basic understanding of project management processes and key performance indicators (KPIs) in a technical environment
• Ways of Working: You are detail-oriented, proactive, and able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Languages: You have very good English skills
