What do you contribute?

In this role, you combine project management, digitalization and Artificial Intelligence. You bring your own ideas and help us develop innovative solutions, identify new opportunities to simplify processes, leverage knowledge and continuously improve the way we manage projects.

• You support Project Management Excellence initiatives, collaborating with colleagues and stakeholders from different countries, functions and businesses.
• Furthermore, you contribute to optimizing project management processes, methods, tools and standards while identifying opportunities for improvement.
• You explore innovative applications of Artificial Intelligence in project management and support the development, testing and implementation of AI-powered solutions, agents and dashboards.
• Additionally, you help automate recurring tasks, improve access to knowledge and promote data-driven decision-making in project management.
• You support the preparation of workshops, project reviews, assessments, and training sessions and support their organizational and content-related execution.
• Moreover, you support the development of training concepts and knowledge-sharing resources for our international Project Management community and promote the exchange of best practices.
• You coordinate cross-country initiatives, follow up on agreed action items, and contribute your own ideas to ensure sustainable improvements.

What do you bring along?

• You are currently studying Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Engineering, Project Management, Business Informatics, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence or a comparable field.
• You are passionate about project management and Project Management Excellence and ideally have gained initial practical experience in project management, a PMO or a project-oriented environment.
• Furthermore, you are enthusiastic about Artificial Intelligence and digitalization and have gained initial hands-on experience with generative AI applications such as Microsoft Copilot.
• Ideally, you have basic knowledge of Power BI and other digitalization tools and enjoy helping us put innovative solutions into practice.
• Additionally, you are confident in using Microsoft 365, particularly PowerPoint and Excel, and can present complex information in a clear and compelling way.
• Moreover, you communicate confidently with different stakeholders, enjoy working in international teams and have very good English skills as well as basic German language skills.

Mobile working /Remote working

With us, you will have the opportunity to work hybrid. This means that you can work remotely to a considerable extent. We have officially regulated this through a company agreement.

Attractive conditions

With us you will receive an attractive salary. You start with about 15€ per hour and from the 7th month on about 19€.
