Mode of Employment: Fixed Term / Full-Time; (35 hours / week)

You'll make an impact by
- You support the preparation and analysis of business models and financial statements, compiling historical financial data and business plans for potential investors
- Building on this, you assist in reviewing and ensuring the consistency and accuracy of business plans and transaction materials, such as Information Memoranda and Due Diligence documents
- Additionally, you contribute to the creation of financial analyses and presentations throughout the transaction process, from initial assessments to deal closing
- In close collaboration with the project team, you help organize and coordinate financial workstreams, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of all required materials
This Is How You'll Win Us Over
- Education: You are currently enrolled in at least your fourth semester of a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in accounting, business, finance, or a related field with an excellent academic record
- Experience and Skills:
- Ideally, you have gained practical experience in investment banking, M&A advisory, private equity, Big 4/Transaction Services, or finance-related functions
- You have strong knowledge of corporate finance, valuation, financial modelling, and IFRS Accounting
- You possess excellent MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) skills; experience with Power BI, Alteryx, AI, Power Query, or other data mining tools is a plus
- Ways of Working: You are well organized, work effectively in teams, and complete your own work packages independently
- Languages: You are fluent in English, German is a plus
