Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.

This position is part-time with 15h/week.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

• You support the technical maintenance and optimization of Phenom, including troubleshooting and fixing issues on content pages, creating and adjusting communication templates, testing changes, and helping resolve configuration-related issues to ensure a smooth user and candidate experience
• You support the planning, creation, and publishing of employer branding content across channels such as Glassdoor, LinkedIn, and internal talent communities
• You help manage and maintain company presence on Glassdoor, including company updates and content publishing activities
• You create engaging written content for talent community newsletters, campaigns, email communications, and recruitment marketing initiatives
• You assist in the development of social media posts, visuals, and storytelling concepts for employer branding campaigns
• You contribute creative ideas to increase candidate engagement and strengthen our employer brand

Your qualifications and experience:

• You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Human Resources, Business Administration, Media Studies, or a related field
• You are strongly interested in Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding, Social Media, and Communications
• First experience managing social media channels or creating digital content is preferred
• You have a creative mindset with an eye for engaging, audience-centric communication and also strong attention to detail
• First experience in Microsoft Office applications; experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, social media platforms, or email marketing tools is a plus
• You are comfortable working in an international and collaborative environment
• You have a strong digital and technical mindset, with curiosity for understanding how digital platforms work and a willingness to investigate and solve issues independently

• You have excellent writing skills in English and German
• You are curious, creative, proactive, and passionate about telling stories that resonate with people
• You are comfortable working hands-on with digital platforms and configurations, along with a structured, problem-solving approach
