Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

• You support us with our SAP P58 Template and help our Operations team in daily project activities
• You prepare presentations and training materials
• You assist in the creation and review of process documentation and with data analysis, reporting, and dashboard preparation
• You support us by making meeting preparations, minutes, and action tracking
• You maintain project repositories, SharePoint sites, and collaboration spaces and contribute to automation and continuous improvement initiatives
• You support in testing, user acceptance activities, and business communications

Your qualifications and experience:

• You are currently enrolled in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields
• You are at least for one year available
• You have good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with Power BI, SharePoint, Power Automate, or Azure DevOps is a plus
• Ideally you have knowledge of SAP business processes
  
  

Your attributes and skills:

• You have very good communication skills in English, German is a plus
• You can work independently and collaboratively within global teams
