Aufgaben
- Unterstützung und Mitarbeit bei Prozessen im Project Management für kundenspezifische Projekte (Musterbeschaffung, -koordinierung und -versendung, Planen, Betreuen und termingerechtes Steuern von kundenspezifischen Projekten)
- Durchführung von Projektteilaufgaben in Abstimmung mit dem Projektmanager
- Direkter Kundenkontakt während der Projektarbeit (incl. Allgemeiner Kundenkorrespondenz in englischer Sprache)
- Bearbeitung von produktbezogenen Reklamationen
- Registrierung / Regulatory Themen
- Zusammenarbeit mit internen Nahtstellen im Unternehmen wie Labor / R&D, Produktbereiche, IT, Customer Service Management, Tochterunternehmen im Ausland, Teilnahme an Calls mit internationalen Kunden
- Hochschulstudium, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt BWL, Kommunikationswissenschaften o.ä.
- Hohes Maß an Serviceorientierung, Freude am Umgang mit Kunden
- Sehr gute Teamfähigkeit
- Verhandlungssicheres Englisch
- Gute MS-Office Kentnisse
- SAP-Kenntnisse vom Vorteil
- Fähigkeit zur Problemlösung (logisches Denken + Kreativität)
