General Information

A basic requirement for an internship at Schaeffler is proof of enrollment at the time of the internship. This position is available from April 1, 2027 for a duration of 6 months.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluation and analysis of various parts lists
  • Creation and revision of databases (PBI, Microsoft)
  • Support in drawing up confidentiality agreements
  • Creation of reports and presentations for Purchasing Department
  • Coordination with project buyers to ensure accurate and up-to-date database information
  • Creation of diagrams for management reporting
  • Support with general purchasing-related topics

Your Qualifications

  • Studies in the field of Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Business, Admnistrationor a comparable field of study
  • Proficiency in MS Office programs, Power BI, and programming, particularly Python
  • Fluency in spoken and written English
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to learn and independent working style
