Aufgaben
Du bist nicht nur eine Aushilfe – du wirst zur zentralen Stütze unserer Buchhaltung:
🎬 Zuarbeit zur Buchführung: Du unterstützt bei der Prüfung, Kontierung und Erfassung von Eingangs- und Ausgangsrechnungen.
🎬 Fristen-Support: Du arbeitest alle Daten so zu, dass diese bis zum 8. des Folgemonats für die Umsatzsteuervoranmeldung bereitstehen – Zuverlässigkeit ist hier dein Markenzeichen.
🎬 Payroll-Assistenz: Du pflegst die Stammdaten und bereitest die monatlichen Lohnläufe vor. Diskretion ist dabei für dich selbstverständlich.
🎬 Administrative Unterstützung: Du behältst den Überblick beim Zahlungsverkehr und hilfst bei der Überwachung offener Posten (Mahnwesen-Vorbereitung).
Qualifikation
✅ Ausbildung oder Studium: Du absolvierst aktuell eine Ausbildung (z. B. zum Steuerfachangestellten, Kaufmann für Büromanagement) oder ein Studium (BWL, WiWi, Finance).
✅ Zahlenfokus: Du arbeitest akribisch. Ein Zahlendreher ist für dich kein "kleiner Fehler".
✅ Tech-Stack: Sicherer Umgang mit den klassischen MS-Office-Programmen und Erfahrung mit DATEV.
✅ Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
