What You'll Build
We're looking for a bright and motivated student (f/m/d) to join our “Technology, Supplier Management and Governance” (TSG) team within SAP’s Global Procurement Organization (GPO).
In this role, you’ll be part of a dynamic, forward-thinking team that is not only driving excellence in procurement — but also shaping the future of intelligent, AI-powered business processes. You will work alongside experienced professionals and contribute to SAP’s vision of the autonomous enterprise, where data, automation, and AI come together to transform how organizations operate.

What you'll do
- Learning and Development: Gain valuable insights into the Source-to-Pay process while working with cutting-edge SAP technologies, including AI-driven and intelligent automation solutions
- Active Participation: Engage in working sessions focused on business requirement refinement, process design, testing, implementation, and enablement—contributing your ideas and perspectives from day one
- AI & Innovation Exposure: Support initiatives that explore how AI, automation, and data intelligence can optimize procurement and finance processes and enhance decision-making
- Project Support: Contribute to strategic projects and transformation initiatives that help shape SAP’s journey toward the autonomous enterprise
- Data and Reporting: Assist in building modern reporting capabilities, data analysis, and compelling presentations, turning insights into impact and supporting data-driven decisions
- Active Student: Currently enrolled in a university or university of applied sciences (ideally in your early semesters)
- Structured and Self-Organized: You take a disciplined, proactive approach to your work and are eager to contribute meaningful results
- Curiosity & Innovation Mindset: You are excited about emerging technologies, especially AI, automation, and digital transformation—and motivated to learn and experiment
- Collaborative Spirit: You thrive in an international, intercultural environment and enjoy working across teams, countries, and diverse perspectives
- Tech-Savvy: You have a strong interest in SAP procurement technologies, Microsoft Office and AI solutions, with a willingness to explore upcoming new digital solutions
- Languages: Fluent in both English and German
- Working from the office in Walldorf is partially required
