What You'll Build

Your role as Sustainability working student (f/m/d) will be to support the team in Middle and Eastern Europe (MEE). As a working student (f/m/d), you will work with a team of expert professionals and customers across the region. You will be able to flexibly allocate your time in alignment with the Sustainability Lead and work remotely / in the office as required.

Skills

We are looking for talented people with strong business analysis, project management, AI, and communication (including social media) skills to have an impact on our customer’s digital sustainability transformation journeys. Your assignments mainly include (but are not limited to):

  • Proactively drive and provide a management overview of the key business activities and opportunities
  • Support on crucial demand management activities
  • Perform market research on relevant sustainability topics to help shape SAP’s value proposition for customers
  • Support in customer engagements like presentation preparation and demos
  • Manage and create content for social media channels, especially LinkedIn, to enhance visibility and engagement
  • Assist in project management tasks, including planning, coordination, and tracking of project milestones
  • Support for building a governance structure in the MEE region
  • Prepare and perform reporting overviews to help drive the business
  • Support key operational tasks to help the team work more effectively

What You Bring

  • Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
  • Preferred fields of study: Business Administration, Management, Economics, Business Informatics or similar with a focus on Sustainability
  • Computer skills: Strong skills in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, Sharepoint)
  • Language skills: Fluent verbal and written communication skills in German and English, other languages is a plus
  • Soft skills: Good presentation and communication skills, team player, expert in organizing, creative, social media
  • Other important skills / experience: You are highly self-motivated, results-oriented and get into new topics quickly, knowledge or experience of SAP Sustainability products or ESG software is a plus
  • Working from the Munich office (located in Garching) once per week or bi-weekly

Therefore, we are looking for a new team within our Customer Advisory organization to strategically support our customers and partners in their journey to become a sustainable enterprise through transformation approaches, domain expertise & product knowhow.

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
