What You'll Build

As a committed working student (f/m/d) you are part of our Business Transformation Management sales team. You will gain invaluable experience in enterprise sales and learn how to navigate complex deals with Fortune 500 companies. This role offers you the opportunity to develop sales excellence skills while supporting our dynamic team in driving business transformation for our clients.

The following tasks & opportunities await you in this role:

  • Support sales executives throughout the entire deal execution process
  • Create compelling presentation materials, sales decks, and pitch presentations
  • Develop tailored customer offerings and proposal materials
  • Draft professional sales communications and follow-up emails
  • Conduct comprehensive stakeholder research and analysis
  • Monitor customer news and market developments to identify sales opportunities
  • Assist with sales pipeline management and opportunity tracking
  • Support preparation and follow-up of customer meetings and presentations
  • Contribute to sales excellence initiatives and best practice documentation

Where you bring

  • Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
  • Preferred fields of study: Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or similar business-related subjects
  • Strong interest in B2B sales, business transformation, and enterprise solutions
  • Proficiency with MS Office applications (Excel and PowerPoint are essential)
  • AI tools and process management knowledge are a plus
  • Language skills: Fluent German is mandatory, English skills are beneficial
  • Soft skills: Proactive mindset, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, detail-oriented, and collaborative team player
  • Personal qualities: Self-motivated, reliable, and results-oriented approach
  • Available for at least 3 months with flexible working hours
  • Comfortable with hybrid work model (remote work possible)
