What You'll Build

  • Support for the Communications Lead within the MU Germany CE&A
  • Support in preparing Employee events such as All Employee Meetings, Ask-Us-Anything-Sessions, Coffee corners etc.
  • Support in creating Presentations and Visuals for Events
  • Support in creation of Social Cards, videos, visuals etc. for LinkedIn
  • Support for future Social Media Campaigns
  • Support for new communications formats
  • And many more…

What You Bring

  • Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
  • Preferred fields of study: Digital Media, Marketing, Computer Science, Linguistics, or Business Administration
  • Ability to structure and visualize complex matters
  • High self-motivation and constant willingness to learn
  • Ability to work in virtual and distributed teams
  • Ability to work independently and willingness to take over small administrative tasks
  • Good written and spoken English and German skills (Fluently)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint, Canva, Video-Tools, LinkedIn
  • Working from the office is not required

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
