Job Description
What you'll bring
You're studying media, communications, marketing, or a related field — and you want to apply what you're learning where communication has real impact.
- Strong writing skills and the ability to adapt your tone for different audiences and formats
- A customer-oriented mindset — keeping the reader in focus across internal and external content
- Experience in writing high-quality texts with the ability to quickly absorb new topics
- First experience in communications, through an internship or a working student role
- Strong motivation and eagerness to drive tasks with an entrepreneurial mindset, reliable team player, ability to prioritize and multi-task, attention to detail
- Confidence working with MS Office tools, especially PowerPoint and Outlook
- Fluency in English is required for this role; German is a plus
This role is based in Walldorf, with 1–2 office days per week. We also look for people who communicate clearly, keep the customer in mind, and enjoy finding smart solutions to problems — whatever stage of your career you're at. In addition to the role-specific skills above, all student and early talent positions at SAP look for candidates who are open to working with AI tools — including agentic AI — to automate everyday tasks, prototype ideas, and build confidence in AI-assisted ways of working from day one.
What you'll build
You'll shape how CE&A MEE leadership communicates — crafting messages that inform, engage, and inspire customers as well as an organization of around 1,200 colleagues.
- Develop talk tracks and scripts for executive keynotes at customer events
- Write LinkedIn posts and external communications on behalf of regional leaders
- Create internal texts and messaging for different formats and audiences
- Support the planning and execution of employee meetings
- Contribute to presentations, videos, and social media content
- Optionally take on project or change management tasks, aligned to your strengths and team needs
Where you belong
You'll join the Customer & Transformation Office — the strategic hub of CE&A MEE (Customer Engagement & Adoption for the Region Middle and Eastern Europe). The team drives transformation and value creation for customers, partners, and employees, working directly alongside regional leadership. Colleagues here specialise in strategy, communications, people & culture, and project management. When you join SAP, you'll be a part of SAP Next Gen — a global community of students and early professionals with access to mentors, development programmes, and peers.
