What You´ll Build

As our Artificial Intelligence (AI) related activities continue to expand in scope and strategic relevance, the DLS AI team is seeking for support in project management-related activities to ensure we meet expected delivery timelines and maintain the quality of our work.

You Will Have The Opportunity To Work Together With Our DLS AI Team, Gaining Valuable Insights Into The Practical Aspects Of Artificial Intelligence And How This Technology Can Boost Efficiency And Reliability In Daily Data Center Management Operations. You Will Provide Essential Operational Support In The Following Areas

• Supporting the preparation and facilitation of AI use case assessment and prioritization sessions, consolidating inputs and ensuring consistent documentation
• Supporting the preparation and follow up of deep dive design workshops focused on agentic AI requirements
• Assisting in tracking and reporting progress of AI related projects and activities
• Supporting AI feature rollout preparation and related communications
• Conducting post rollout adoption analysis and consolidating user feedback to inform continuous improvement
  
  

What You Bring

• Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
• Preferred fields of study: Business Informatics, Business Administration (with a digital/tech focus), or a comparable field with a strong interest in digitalization and AI
• Computer skills / Programming languages: MS Office / Microsoft 365 (especially PowerPoint, Excel, Teams), basic understanding of AI concepts and tools
• Language skills: Fluent in English (written and verbal)
• Soft skills: Structured and detail-oriented, strong organizational and coordination skills, good communicator, proactive and self-driven with a hands-on mindset, comfortable working in a fast-moving environment
• Other important skills/experience: First experience with workshop preparation and project management is a plus, curious about AI and emerging technologies, interest in AI adoption, change management or product rollout is a plus
• Working from St. Leon Rot office is required
  
  

Where you belong

Within Global Cloud Operations (GCO) and Infrastructure Platform Engineering & Delivery (IPE&D), the Data Center Management and Infrastructure Lifecycle Services (DLS) unit is globally responsible to fulfill the demand for Data Center space and Cloud Infrastructure capacities in the various SAP Data Centers and to hand it over to the consumers of the Cloud Infrastructure. Also, Data Center strategy, planning and operations including all physical work within the Data Centers owned in DLS.

Our vision is to ensure governance and continuous delivery of data center and infrastructure build services to all our cloud service customers.
