In the area of Accounting, you will have the opportunity to gain insight into an innovative and international organization. You will support the team with a variety of exciting tasks and gain valuable first-hand experience in a large, global organization.

About The Role

As part of a small international team in Accounting, we are dedicated to upskilling the RWE Renewable Offshore business with the use of SAP. This is to ensure that the use of SAP is at a high level through training, ad-hoc support and processing complex demands. The key tasks you will be involved in are:

  • Creation of purchase requisitions in a specific and uniform format and efficiently support subsequent processes in SAP
  • Provide general support and advice to business users
  • Creation of goods receipts and service entries - on behalf of the business
  • Ad-hoc training and support for company requesters, including support for the SAP S4 and Ariba Guided Buying platform
  • Working with invoices (analysis and reviewing complex issues) to assist both Accounts Payable and the Business users to ensure they can be processed for payment
  • Support in the timely processing of open invoices – this includes providing missing information from goods receipt or service recording to ensure that invoices are paid on time
  • Provision of Access Requests to the Business users and Approvers

Job Requirements And Experiences

  • You are successfully studying Business Administration or a comparable course of study
  • Good knowledge of MS Office applications, especially MS Excel
  • SAP knowledge and experience preferred but not a requirement (or any other financial database)
  • Analytical skills, high resilience as well as an independent, careful and structured way of working
  • Highly motivated and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
  • You are a dedicated team player and possess good communication skills
  • Fluent in English (speaking) and German (written and speaking)
  • Strong maths skills
