Role Description

This is an internship role for a Working Student in Order Processing, located on-site in Gilching, Germany. The role involves supporting the order processing team with daily tasks such as handling customer orders, maintaining accurate data in the system, issuing invoices, and ensuring timely communication with customers. The candidate will also assist in coordinating with internal teams to ensure effective order fulfillment and address inquiries related to logistics and inventory.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in order processing, document management, and data entry
• Strong communication and customer service skills in German and English
• Experience with office productivity tools such as MS Excel and Word
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Familiarity with ERP systems and logistics processes is advantageous
• Ongoing higher education studies in Business, Administration, or a related field
• Motivated, proactive, and able to work in a team-oriented environment
