DAS SIND DEINE AUFGABEN
- Unterstützung unserer Rechtsabteilung bei der Beratung sämtlicher Konzernunternehmen
- Bearbeitung abwechslungsreicher rechtlicher Fragestellungen im Bereich Arbeits-, Gesellschafts-, Miet- und Immobilienrecht
- Durchführung von Recherchetätigkeiten
- Aktive Unterstützung bei administrativen Aufgaben
- Prüfung der Auswirkung neuer Rechtsvorschriften
- Erstellen von Vertragswerken und Inter-Company-Verträgen
- Prüfung von Verträgen/Vertragsentwürfen
